What changes the price

Why two houses cost different amounts

We measure instead of guessing. These are the things that move your price:

Roofline length. We measure the eaves, gables, and peaks you want lit.
Height and shape of the roofline. We use pitch hoppers for the high roofline, and we look at it at the visit.
Trees and shrubs. The number and size of the trees, and whether you want trunk wraps, canopy lighting, or lit bushes.
Wreaths. Lit wreaths come in four sizes, from 24″ to 60″.
Pathway and bed lighting. How much stake lighting you want along the walk and beds.
Timers and controls. Timers and smart plugs set to the hours you want.
